Registration Information

Register by May 2nd and Save $5 plus be guaranteed a T-shirt.

Form a team, join a team, or simply walk in general support of all our Buddies.


Ask family, friends, and co-workers to support you or your team by making a donation to the Buddy Walk. Go to Donate to make a donation online.

Teams of any size can be formed.

» The person registering the team will be identified as the Team Captain.
» Team Captains will have the option to create a personalized team page.

To Register to walk Online  go to the Online Registration and follow the instructions.

» Payments can be made by credit card, check or cash.

To Register to walk by Mail print the registration form found in the 2016 Brochure.

To Register  to walk at the Buddy Walk  print the registration form found in the 2016 Brochure.
» Please bring a completed registration form and payment to the registration tent.
» T-shirts will be provided on a first come first served basis while supplies last.


All donations collected may be entered online, mailed in, or turned in at the Buddy Walk. Donations must be received by May 15, 2016 to be eligible towards the Buddy Walk Challenge award. Challenge Guidelines.
