NYC Bus Trip

We are SO excited to be returning to NYC for the National Down Syndrome Society Times Square Video! Join us to celebrate individuals with Down syndrome from Delaware who will be on the big screen in Times Square!
This trip is only open to members of the Down Syndrome Association of Delaware and their immediate families.
Fall Teen/Adult Dance
Friday, September 20
Individuals with Down syndrome ages 14+ are invited to our Teen/Adult Fall Dance! Registration is required by Thursday, September 12 and includes dinner. No walk-ins allowed. Parents and guardians are not required to attend but are welcome.
IEP Planning Retreat with Dr. Taryn Fletcher
Saturday, September 21
Join us as we welcome Taryn Fletcher (affectionately known as Amari’s mom) for an IEP Planning Party! Taryn has an intensive background in education as a past school superintendent, instructional coach, and principal. Her consulting company, Truly POC INC, works with numerous schools in Delaware and other national organizations on best practices for breaking barriers and challenging social and cultural norms.
